Standard Delivery

We offer free shipping, and normally have your order delivered to you within 10-20 business days, if you request expertise shipping, extra fee would be required, if any, please contact us for the details.

Acceptance of Your Order

Once you have entered your personal and payment details and placed your order, the system shall send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This email is only a confirmation of receipt of your order and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Your order will be accepted and the contract between you and Rhiceros will be completed when we send you an email to confirm the goods have been dispatched to you. 

Rhiceros reserves its right not to accept an order for any reason at its sole discretion. We will contact you as soon as possible if there are any problems with your order.

Shipping

Free Shipping on standard shipping route (Flat Shipping) and would ship out in 48 hours after the order confirmation, normally it would be delivered in 10 - 20 days for countries of US, CA, EU, RU AU, NZ and Asia, and 15-35 days to the rest country and region.

For shipment delivered by expertise shipping method through which could deliver in 5-10 days, but extra fee would take place for the cost & duration vary.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only, actual delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver. We aim to provide you with notice of any delay as soon as reasonably possible. 

Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon, weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Authority to Leave At the checkout, you may grant the carrier authority to leave some goods at the delivery address even if unattended (5 Day Delivery which requires a signature on delivery). However, please note that neither us nor the carrier will be liable for loss or theft of the goods and the goods will be left at your risk. In addition, the carrier retains the discretion not to leave the goods unattended, including where the carrier deems it to be unsafe to do so.
